↩️ Refund & Delivery Policy
Delivery times, warranty windows and refunds · Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Delivery times
Every listing is one of two kinds, and the product page says which:
- Automatic — the credentials are released into your order as soon as the payment is verified, typically within a few minutes. Crypto confirmations can add a few minutes; Binance Pay is usually the quickest.
- Manual — a person fulfils the order, usually within 1–6 hours, and occasionally longer when a supplier batch runs out overnight.
Delivered content always appears in the same place: My Orders → the order → Delivered content. Each order also has a PDF invoice you can keep. If an order is still marked pending after the window above, open a ticket with the order number — an order we cannot deliver is refunded in full.
2. Warranty windows
Warranty is not one policy for the whole store; it is printed on the listing. The windows you will see are:
- No warranty (NW) — cheapest listings. Once delivered, the sale is final.
- 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 20 days, 30 days — the window starts at delivery and covers the failure types in section 3.
- Full duration — the warranty runs for as long as the plan lasts, so a 12-month plan is covered for 12 months.
Where the listing name and the description disagree about the window, the description is the specific one and the team honours the longer of the two.
3. What a warranty covers
- Credentials that do not work at all, or are not what the listing described.
- An account or seat that dies inside the warranty window (suspension by the upstream provider, plan removed, password changed away from you).
- A plan that was never activated on a redeem-type listing, when the activation followed the instructions.
- An order that was paid but never delivered.
4. What a warranty does not cover
- Changing settings the listing forbids. Several listings say explicitly not to change the 2FA or the recovery email; doing so ends the warranty, because it locks out the supplier too.
- Sharing or misuse. Multiple simultaneous devices, resale, or use that trips the upstream provider's abuse detection can end an account, and is not a defect.
- Features outside the purchased package. If the listing sells a plan and a feature of that platform changes hands or is withdrawn upstream (for example a bundled add-on), the package itself is what is covered.
- Change of mind, or buying the wrong listing. Ask before you pay — a short Telegram question is cheaper than a wrong order.
- Your own credentials falling into someone else's hands. Never use a delivered account for anything personal.
5. How to claim a warranty
- Open a ticket from the Support page inside the warranty window.
- Include the order number, the listing name, and a screenshot showing the failure (login screen, error message, or the plan state in settings).
- The team verifies the claim, usually the same day.
- A working replacement is issued from stock to the same order, so you keep the invoice and the history. If the exact listing is out of stock, you get an equivalent listing of the same value, or a wallet credit.
Claims are processed in the order they arrive. A claim raised inside the window stays valid while it waits in the queue.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
- an order is paid but cannot be delivered at all, or
- the delivered item is materially not what the listing described, and no equivalent replacement is available — reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds are returned as Bite Store wallet balance, in USD, spendable immediately on any listing. Returning money to a card or a crypto address is not offered, because the original payment was received in USDT on-chain or in wallet balance and cannot be reversed from our side.
If a warranty claim cannot be satisfied from stock, the value of that item is credited to your wallet instead — you are not left with an empty order.
7. Wallet top-ups and crypto payments
- Wallet balance is store credit. It is not refundable in cash or crypto, but it never expires and can be spent on anything in the catalogue.
- USDT and Binance Pay transfers are irreversible. Sending on the wrong network, or to an address you copied incorrectly, cannot be recovered by us or by your exchange.
- Send from an address you control. Payments made from a shared or exchange-custody address can delay verification, and cannot be returned to a different address on request.
- The minimum top-up and the current USD rate are shown on the deposit screen before you send anything.
8. Chargebacks and abuse
Crypto payments cannot be charged back. Fraudulent claims, repeated false warranty claims, payment tampering, or abuse of the refund process ends the account and forfeits remaining balance. Honest claims are never penalised — most issues are a dead account on day nine, and that is exactly what the warranty exists for.
9. Questions
If anything on this page is unclear for a specific listing, ask before ordering through the Contact page or the Support desk. The general rules for using the store are in the Terms of Service.
