Why Manual Delivery Takes One to Five Hours (And What 'Instant' Really Means)
Bite Store · 2026-10-27
Half of our support messages are about delivery timing. Here is what actually happens between you paying and you receiving, and why some products can never be instant.
You pay at 9pm, the order says "processing", and by 9:20pm you are typing "hello??" into support. I get it. But knowing what is happening behind that word will save you an evening of refreshing.
Instant products
Some things are pure data. A redeem link, a code, an account credential that already exists in stock. The system matches your payment to the product, hands over the details, and it happens in a couple of minutes without anyone touching it. If you see "instant" on the product page, that is the whole process.
Manual products
Other things need a person. ChatGPT Plus has to be activated on an account. A Canva invite has to be sent and accepted. A Netflix slot has to be assigned. A Claude or Grok key has to be generated and checked before it is handed over. None of that can be honestly automated, and pretending otherwise is how sellers end up with a support queue full of "where is my order".
Typical timing on a normal day: one to five hours. Most orders land in the first two. The hard ceiling is 24 hours, and if the queue is longer than usual, we say so rather than let you guess.
Why it can take longer, specifically
- Payment still confirming. Crypto is usually quick, but not always. A pending transfer cannot be delivered against.
- The details you sent do not match. Wrong email, a typo in the username, a password changed after ordering. This is the number one cause of delay, and it is entirely avoidable.
- Upstream stock. Suppliers run out. When that happens the honest move is to tell you and offer a wait or a refund, and that is what we do.
- Time of day. Orders placed after midnight are often delivered in the morning rather than at 2am. The 24-hour promise accounts for this.
What you should expect from us, and what we expect from you
From us: a status you can check without asking, an honest answer if something is stuck, and the choice between waiting or taking a full refund if it crosses 24 hours.
From you: the correct account details, one message with your order number instead of five, and a little patience before assuming the worst. Resend after six hours, not after twenty minutes.
If it passes 24 hours
Message support with the order number. Two options, your call. We keep pushing and deliver, or we cancel and return the full amount to your wallet. No partial refunds, no "processing fees", no argument. If a product genuinely cannot be delivered at all, the same rule applies automatically.
The part customers do not see
Manual delivery is slower because it is checked. The alternative — dumping raw credentials the second payment lands — is faster and leads to more dead accounts, more arguments and more refunds. We would rather be one hour slower and hand you something that works. Our delivery and refund policy is short and says exactly this.
What a manual order looks like on our side
Payment lands, the order queues up, and someone opens a supplier panel. For a ChatGPT Plus order that means creating or upgrading an account, checking the plan applies, testing one message on the model, and writing the credentials into your order. Six steps, three of which can fail and need repeating. Multiply by the queue and you have your one to five hours.
That is also why a queue forms at 10pm. Most of Pakistan orders in the evening, and two people cannot process forty activations in ten minutes without making mistakes that cost more than the delay.
How to be first in the queue
Order earlier in the day if you can. Have your account details ready before you pay rather than after. Do not send three messages asking for status — each one costs the same attention as an order. And if you need something for a specific hour, say so in the order note, because a deadline is easier to work around before the queue than after it.
None of that is a secret, and none of it is in the marketing copy on other stores, mostly because the copy was written by someone who has never processed an order at midnight.
Two orders side by side show the difference: a Spotify 3-month redeem code at $0.50 arrives on its own, while ChatGPT Plus is a person working through a queue.
